This 45 minute, full body sculpting workout is a part of our LA series!
This series chooses some of the most famous boroughs of Los Angeles, and formats the workout based on the styles, themes and uniqueness of each area.
Silverlake is a beautifully artistic and creative part of LA. It is often thought of as the most similar area to New York City. You can find cool graffiti, hip coffee shops, and a thriving artistic community that is immersed in eclectic style, thinking outside the box, and being who you are.
Our workout today plays on those themes. We are not just thinking outside the box, we are thinking ON the box with creative sitting box exercises. This workout plays on thinking in new and creative ways to get optimal results.
You will need a sitting box and one dumbbell (5 lb. recommended).
