Grab the box from your reformer along with a set of 5 lb. weights for this express, cardio workout.
Exercises will spike your heart rate, then slow down to sculpt out the body. By elevating the heart rate, you will improve your cardiac output, which helps with heart health, shedding any extra weight, and kicking the muscles into a super focused working state on the toning exercises.
This workout takes 18 minutes, and is tough due to the endurance, not fancy moves, so it is for all levels. If you need to take breaks or use lighter weights, do it. If you want to escalate your results and practice, stack this workout with a second express mat workout.
