This 60 minute workout flows through full body sculpting exercises that are an intermediate/advanced level. Play with exercises that use the sitting box on the back frame, as well as directly on the carriage. Some of the exercises you'll go through are light spring standing dead lifts, side lying leg strap glutes, and box planking.
