Grab a heavier set of dumbbells for this upper body workout with Andrea! Andrea is using a set of 5 lb. weights, but feel free to go lighter as needed, or heavier. Spend 30 minutes adding movements that challenge the resistance angle and weight of your reformer flow, helping to elevate your results and gains!
