Welcome to the first day of your 14 Day Mat Sculpt+ Plan! Each workout in our 2 week plan is designed to target and work different zones of the body with varying weights, resistances and intensity. By the end of the two weeks, you will feel stronger, sculpted and toned, and energized.
The props used in this program include a ball, ankle weights, looped band and dumbbells. You can purchase these props at speirpilates.com/shop and dumbbells an easily be purchased on Amazon! We recommend having a set of 3 lb. and 5 lb. dumbbells in your workout space.

Day 4: Cardio Pilates Mix in 10
Spike your heart rate with a bit of cardio and some sculpting movements in just 10 minutes.
Props:
Looped Resistance Band -
30 Minute Full Body Bala Bangles
30 minutes of full body work using bala bangles (2 lb. weights are recommended). Flow through movements like standing isometric arms, side lying leg circles, kneeling leg kicks, and abdominal hovering single leg circles.

20 Minute Reset
Take these 20 minutes to reset the body and circulation by flowing through movements that elongate muscles, refresh the body and mind, strengthen and leave you feeling great. No props are needed for this workout, and it is all-level.
