Exercises include movements like Side Lying Looped Bungee Sculpt, Standing Lunges, and Bungee Side Sit Ups.

* Looped Resistance Band (*Heavy recommended)
* Small Ball
* Added Platform
* Sitting Box
All springs on
Footbar in middle, upright position
Handles preset on bungees
Yellow- Extra Light
