I’ve asked for help here and in support for either a refund in annual plan or giving me suggestions for classes at my level (30 years Pilates experience but safe for my age (77) since there are almost no intermediate classes, they’re all intermediate/advanced). No response here and support said they couldn’t help me but would forward my email to the Speir “team”. Two months and three tries (will forward my email again to the team) later zero response. All the other platforms I’ve subscribed to in the past respond within 24 hours. Very disappointed.
