Thank you for releasing more mat classes. I would love more of Andrea, I prefer her style of class. The 40-45 minute full body classes are great otherwise the 20-30 minute mix of either upper body and abs or lower body and abs or just abs! (so i can mix and match)! I run as well so it's nice to give the legs a rest before I run :)
The more challenging the better but I understand there are some subscribers who are relatively new so options are always handy. :)
