Hi! I am very new to Pilates. I spent most of my time weight training and recently cut back a bit to incorporate more Pilates to work on my core and my mind to muscle connection.
What is the natural program "order"? I'm saying order very lightly as difficulty level is very subjective.
Some feedback I have:
- At the very top of the home page, I would love to see my personal metrics. For example, how many total workouts i've completed, check box of the days I worked out this week using the app, total time spent working out
- I also recommend having the "My List" section more accessible. I've never actually figured out where my saved classes are, but that might just be a personal problem (lol)
- In the Profile section, it would be nice to see all of the classes I've completed, a monthly overview of if I worked out or not
- When selecting the video, I would like to be able to hover and scroll on the text box to fully read the description without having to open the video
