Hi hi! I have 2 questions on hips! If someone consistently gets a cramp in the front of their pelvis/hip when doing feet in straps, has super tight hips and hamstrings. Would the suggestion be to continue stretching both on the mat to help build mobility and flexibility? On the other hand - I have very open hips, a fairly curved lumbar and good hamstring flexibility. The lumbar and my engagement make Teaser a dreaded exercise but without fail - when I am up in the shape - 100% of the time, I have to lower my right leg to "undo" the cramp that sets in the front of pelvis/hip area. I can't figure it out. Been that way forever - since Navasana, which is now my Teaser!
