Hey Lelamarie! Great to meet you! This kind of depends. You can do Pilates every day, and you could do the 12 day program straight. HOWEVER, If you are finding your muscles feeling a bit of soreness, a good rule of thumb is to take a rest day on either day 4 or day 7 in your weekly schedule. I like subbing in a 15-20 minute stretch on my recovery day to help rehabilitate my muscles. The rest day is also a day when the muscles can change, so if you are planning on consistently moving each day (which is great), plan on either taking a full day off, or adding in a shorter stretch that day.
