Hi there! I'm Katie and I just am about to finish the 4 week reformer reset and I'm hooked. Any suggestions on programs going forward? Should I try the sculpt series, then Andrea's Favorites? I love the scheduled workouts and I love the length of the classes. I find many of the daily ones are too short -- which I understand is great for some with time constraints. My thought was maybe you could add a longer and shorter video per day? I'd love your thoughts and suggestions! Thanks for all the great content, I can tell my body is improving.
Hey Katie! I LOVE that you are about to finish the reformer reset, that is impressive! What were some of your favorite workouts from that plan? I could guide you toward some others that are similar. For your next program, try the LA Series! Those workouts are 45 minutes and really fun. The other workouts you could go for are the Total Tone workouts, which are 60 minutes. The whole plan will have it's own spot under reformer programs soon, but you can also find them in the search bar or in New Releases. I've got those coming out every week right now as well.
