Use a looped resistance band, small ball and light set of dumbbells (we like 3 lb. weights) to build strength and tone in the glutes, while sculpting and tightening the outer hips. Exercise include weighted bridge hip lifts, donkey kicks with a band and dumbbell, and hamstring curls on the small ball.
