This express 30 minute workout uses the custom Speir bungees to carve out, strengthen and define the abs!
Props you will need:
* Speir Bungees with Handle Attachments
* Small Ball
1 red spring on
Footbar in lowest, upright position
Loops preset on bungees
Yellow- Extra Light
*all springs on is the equivalent of 2 reds, 1 green, 1 blue, and 1 yellow.
