These bungees are custom designed by Andrea Speir to elevate your workout, challenge your practice, and accelerate results. They fuse a "gym" style training approach in with the fluidity and elongation of the reformer, kick starting your body and results. Andrea designed these bungees to connect into the u-hooks that your safety strap connects into on a Balanced Body studio reformer, and can be purchased in the Shop at speirpilates.com.
