This 45 minute, advanced jumpboard workout targets and sculpts out the entire body while spiking the heart rate, getting incredible results. The small ball and looped band are used to add resistance and challenge the core and glutes. The sitting box is also used for an abdominal sequence toward the end. Some featured exercises are Side Looped Jumping, Arm Jumps, and Small Ball Core Jumps.This workout is one of Andrea's all time favorite flows created for the Speir studio in Los Angeles. Get ready to sweat and burn!
