This athletic, 45 minute workout targets the glutes and the abs. This class is a signature format at Speir studios in Los Angeles, and is known to show no mercy.
Props needed for this workout are:
- Pilates circle
- Small ball
- Ankle weights (1-2 lbs recommended)
- Looped band (medium-heavy resistance recommended).
