Welcome to your Total Tone series! These workouts are 60 minutes in length, giving you an entire hour to focus on specific, effective sculpting exercises, while leaving a little time for stretching at the end.
Props you will need for this workout are a looped resistance band (medium-heavy), Pilates circle, and a light set of weights (2-3 lb. dumbbells or toning balls).

*all springs on is the equivalent of 2 reds, 1 green, 1 blue, and 1 yellow.
