This 50 minute, beginner-level reformer workout is the first class in a 5-workout series. Breakdown the moves at a deliberate pace, while still moving the body, strengthening the muscles. This is a fantastic workout to begin with if you are just starting your practice with Speir, and also a great workout to return to at any time to work head-to-toe and continue to practice that great form, focus and fine tune your practice.
