This intermediate/advanced reformer workout focuses purely on glute strengthening and sculpting. This workout is a tough one! Get ready to feel the burn. You will need a looped band (grab whatever resistance you prefer today, we used medium), as well as your sitting box. This workout is great on it's own, or when you have a bit more time, combine it with another workout for the 30 Minute Reform plan.

Loops preset on pegs
Headrest up
Footbar in the down position
Props: looped resistance band (medium recommended), sitting box

You will need a looped resistance band (go for a heavy resistance), small ball, and a set of heavy dumbbells. The dumbbells are only for bridging, so I went heavier with a set of 8 lb. weights to really challenge the glutes.
