* Long resistance band (recommend blue theraband)
* Ankle Weights
* Light set of dumbbells (recommend 3 lbs.)
* Small Ball

Zero springs on
Carriage pushed all the way back
Long band looped around the middle of the footbar
Handles preset on pegs
Headrest up
Footbar in high position
