This 40 minute workout incorporates a foam roller into the full body workout. The foam roller adds stability in some exercises, while taking away stability in others. It's also used as a tool to help find neutral spinal positioning. This is one of my all time favorite workouts I have every filmed, I hope you love it as much as I did!
You will need a foam roller.
1 red and 1 yellow spring on
Footbar in middle, upright position
Loops preset on pegs
Prop: foam roller
Yellow- Extra Light
*all springs on is the equivalent of 2 reds, 1 green, 1 blue, and 1 yellow.
