This 45 minute workout fuses jumpboard cardio with reformer toning exercises with Speir Pilates Director of Education, Kristen Matthews.
Kristen has been teaching for 18 years, and holds additional certifications in pre and postnatal, autoimmune gut and digestion, perimenopause, yoga and ballet barre. She is Stanford educated in exercise physiology, and a total gem of a human being. Can you tell we're bragging about her because we are obsessed with her?
This workout is intermediate in level, but will nicely challenge anyone at any level.
