This 45 minute reformer workout fuses elements of ballet barre to create a fun, creative and different approach to your Pilates workout!
This workout is intermediate level.
The props you will need for this workout are a long resistance band (heavy blue theraband is recommended), ankle weights (1.5 lbs. recommended), a set of light dumbbells (3 lbs. recommended), and a small ball.
