Welcome to your two week mat challenge! This workout features a 30 minute workout every day with some of the top trainers in Los Angeles. The format of this plan is designed to target different zones of your body, with different modalities (like Pilates fusion, barre fusion, and strength training) and complete each week with a restorative flow, including breathwork.
For this challenge, you will need the following props:
- Dumbbells (*recommended 3 lbs. and 5 lb.s).
- Ball (*recommended- Speir ball)
- Looped resistance band (*recommended Speir Band Bundle)
