Summer Kick Off Plan: Andrea's Classics
Join Andrea for 5 days of movement. Spend the first four days moving through progressive workouts that challenge the entire body, and add challenges each day to improve your practice, challenge your body, and leave you feeling strong. The fifth and final day is a 20 minute, restorative flow that resets the entire body and improves flexibility- the perfect ending to the week.
