Her classes are renowned for their invigorating and personalized touch, catering to a wide range of fitness levels and goals. Jess’s commitment to helping others achieve their best self extends beyond teaching, as she works behind the scenes at Speir as the Director of Growth & Innovation. Jess is a Nike Elite Trainer, and additionally holds certifications in many modalities, including barre, TRX, spin, training, and more.
