This workout is purely focused on the glutes! Create shape, tighten the outer hips and inner thighs and build strength and stability for the pelvis and lower back. This workout uses a set of ankle weights (we love the Bala brand 3 lb. weights), however you can absolutely do this entire workout with no weights, try doing it with a pair of shoes instead!
