FIT PREGNANCY PLAN

Workout alongside a pregnant Andrea Speir in this 3 part series that's broken down by trimester. As your body changes throughout your pregnancy, so should your workouts. Properly strengthen your body, elongate muscles, improve circulation and posture, and prepare for labor in these workouts. Each trimester's workout plan is broken down into shorter workouts, so you can do all of them together for a full body workout, or pick and choose depending on how you are feeling that day, or your time constraints. Props used in this series: a small ball (sub a pillow if you don't have one), a large stability ball, a long resistance band, 1-2 lb. ankle weights, and a light set of weights (1-3 lbs).
